Do You Dropship?
Yes, we dropship for you. Your name or company name will be listed as the sender on the UPS shipping label. An invoice or "packing slip" will not be included with the package. You will have the option to print your invoice when the order is completed. We do not dropship internationally due to international credit card fraud. Confirm that you are shipping merchandise to the Billing Statement address of the Credit Card Holder. If you are shipping to the account holders billing address, you may want to ship the merchandise to yourself, and you forward the package via the USPS at a much cheaper rate.
Do You Dropship Internationally?
Yes, we will Dropship internationally into Canada only. This is due to international credit card fraud. We will ship overseas to the purchaser of the merchandise, we will NOT dropship overseas. Be advised when shipping internationally a Duty/Brokers fee will be owed upon delivery per UPS International.
What Does Dropshipping Cost?
Consignment Shoppe offers hundreds of products that can be dropshipped anywhere in the United States or Canada, at 25%-65% off MSRP. There are no start up fees, long term obligation, or the need to carry any inventory.
Is There A Membership Fee?
There are no membership fees at Consignment Shoppe. You may use are pictures and descriptions to sell our products. We do offer distributor packages for sellers who want to save more on their purchase.
How Soon Is My Order Shipped?
Normal shipping is approximately 48 hours after payment received and processed. There is no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays/ All items are in stock when posted. If an item does sell out, Consignment Shoppe, at its discretion, may substitue and item of equal or greater value to complete your order.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Upon receipt of an order Consignment Shoppe processes the order within 48 hours. 80% of our deliveries arrive within 14 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. Consignment Shoppe in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, backordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days.
What Payments Are Accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept certified checks, and money orders. Personal checks and business checks are accepted, but will delay your order 10 business days.
What Is The Warranty On Products?
All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 DAYS by us from original date of purchase. After 90 days merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer warranty, or rebuilder if the item is refurbished. We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address". Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
How Do I Return A Product?
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. Closeout area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned. Contact RMA@consignmentshoppe.com for authorization for returns. Do I Pay Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is charged in NJ, GA, FL, and CA. Resale certificates are accepted for business sellers, social security number can be used for home based business who will declare their own tax.
